The creative team from Rush Hair & Beauty was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the British Hairdressing Awards this week.
Each November, the British Hairdressing Awards, presented by Hairdressers Journal and sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional, recognises the very best of the hairdressing industry in one of the most prestigious nights in the calendar.
The awards celebrate talent across 16 categories in total, recognising achievement in both regional and specialist fields. For those that are lucky enough to win the same category on three separate occasions, a prestigious honour is bestowed; a place in the British Hairdressing Awards Hall of Fame. Once in the Hall of Fame, a hairdresser is no longer allowed to enter that category, having reached the very pinnacle of talent in that field.
This year, the Rush Artistic Team were awarded the prize, having received the title of Artistic Team of the Year three times. They now join a prestigious lineup of hairdressers in the hallowed Hall – and join their high-street contemporaries TONI&GUY and HOB Salons to form a formidable lineup of talented teams in the Hall of Fame.
With 100 salons across the country, Rush Hair & Beauty is one of the most acclaimed hairdressing groups in the country. As well as their place in the Hall of Fame, the members of the Artistic Team, which was formed in 1999, have collectively won 15 titles at the British Hairdressing Awards. They continue to inspire and innovate, through their photographic work as well as shows and seminars across the globe.
